Iberico pork is imported directly from Spain, and is the only pig breed carefully selected from birth to be recognized with the name "iberico". Known as the best pig breed in the world, grazed naturally in oak forests, with a unique natural breeding process. Food is mainly oak chestnuts, grains and herbs. Moving a lot in oak forests to find food makes the Iberico pig's meat firm and has a mechanism to convert fat into muscle. Therefore, the characteristics of each piece of meat are alternating fat veins, containing the highest content of Oleic Acid among animals.
